Dansk Hesteforsikring Youngster Cup

Backed up by our loyal sponsor, the assurance company Dansk Hesteforsikring, Dansk Varmblod happily presents the exciting Dansk Hesteforsikring Youngster Cup for the crème de la crème of Danish Warmbloods of 6 and 7 years in jumping and dressage. Medal mares, licensed stallions and other intriguing riding horses of which many have already represented Denmark in Zangersheide and Verden, will participate. Held together with our Elite Mare Show, we offer you the possibility to see the best riding horses in Denmark - from foal to youngster – in a fantastic and enthusiastic atmosphere. For the next 5 consecutive years, this Youngster Cup event is sponsored by Dansk Hesteforsikring.

Dressage

UNO Donna Unique participated in 2011.

Age groups: 6 and 7 years old, two different competitions.

Participating horses:
Strictly Danish Warmbloods (registered as foals) along with breedsires selected to Dansk Varmblod, all ranked in the top of their age group nationally. A max. of 12 in each age group.

Competitions:
Dansk Hesteforsikring Youngster Cup for 6-year-olds; FEI program for 6-year-olds
Dansk Hesteforsikring Youngster Cup for 7-year-olds; Prix St. George (MA in the qualifier)

Prize money:
Per age group 20,000.- DKK shared out for the 1st – 6th placed.

Temporary program:
Saturday
Qualifier for 6-year-olds; FEI program for 6-year-olds. The best 6 are qualified for the final. Qualifier for 7-year-olds; MA1. The best 6 are qualified for the final.

Sunday
Final for 6-year-olds; FEI program for 6-year-olds.
Final for 7-year-olds; Prix St. George.

Dansk Hesteforsikring Youngster Cup is held parallel with Dansk Varmblods Equsana Elite Mare Show and Elite foal Auction in the magnificent in-door arena on Vilhelmsborg September 7th – 9th 2012.

Jumping

Age groups: 6 and 7 years old, two different competitions.

Per age group 24,000.- DKK shared out for the 1st – 10th placed

Afternoon: Possibility for rehearsal
Evening: Qualifier for the 6-year-olds; 125 cm (The 10 best horses go on to the final)
Qualifier for the 7-year-olds; 135 cm (The 10 best horses go on to the final)

Sunday
Final for 6-year-olds; 125 cm and style scores from judges, jump-off for the 5 best to find the winner.
Final for 7-year-olds; 135 cm with jump-off.
